Karuna B-12 Liquid is formulated to help supply this essential nutrient especially involved in red blood cell formation. People who are deficient in B-12 often show extra large red blood cells that are still deficient in hemoglobin. Causes of B-12 deficiencies can be due to lack of B-12 in the diet (especially vegetarians) and/or difficulty absorbing the B-12.
